Return & Exchange Eligibility

At AWARA BACHA, we aim to deliver quality apparel. If you encounter an issue, we’re here to assist.

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • The print has come off or is defective

  • You received the wrong size or fit issue (Exchange only)

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory for returns due to damage or print issues.

Exchange for Size Issues

We offer hassle-free size exchanges for an additional ₹200 to cover two-way shipping.

The exchange process takes 7–10 business days.

If the size requested is out of stock, we’ll help you exchange for a similar item.

Pickup & Reverse Logistics

We attempt reverse pickups twice via our courier partner.

If both attempts fail, you'll need to send the product to our warehouse address manually.

Reverse pickup depends on availability in your area PIN code.

Conditions for Return/Exchange Approval

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.

If the returned product is used, washed, or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the request.

Once we receive and pass the product through quality check, your request will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds for damaged products will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days after the item successfully passes our quality check.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
